Our favorite messaging app is now planning to go even bigger by charging the large businesses and helping them to connect with the clients.Whatsapp will also be offering a free service to small-scale industries but it still hasn’t announced the perks of its services. Whatsapp for business will allow the companies to keep a track of their meetings, delivery schedules, and flight timings.
WhatsApp has collaborated with Bookmyshow and 1mg for testing out the pilot tools.Whatsapp posted,” Were building and testing new tools via a free WhatsApp Business app for small companies and an enterprise solution for bigger companies operating at a large scale with a global base of customers, like airlines, e-commerce sites, and banks.”
A green tick just beside the contacts will signify that the number is officially verified by Whatsapp and is linked to the business account.
CEO Matt Idema said,” We’re looking forward to making it possible for people to connect with businesses in a fast and personal way, and giving businesses the tools to make that easier to do. Some businesses may use service providers to manage their messages, and those service providers may be able to read the messages you send to those businesses.”
Every conversation between the businesses and the clients will be encrypted and monitored. Both the parties can block their contact in case of any disputes.
Whatsapp is the most leading social platform with more than one billion users across the country and out of which 200 million users are from India itself. Thus,India is a huge market for this upcoming feature of Whatsapp Business with more than 13 lakh business registered across the country.

20 days agoThe most amazing thing about Whatsapp business is that the Businesses will have to contact the customers first before initiating a conversation and hence there are less chances of spam messages.
Facebook acquired Whatsapp on 2014 at a price of USD 19 billion and it had promised to keep Whatapp clean by not displaying the ads. We hope it continues to do so for Whatsapp Business as well.
